Famwise IS an unusual name, we admit. Not something you would normally associate with a technology company. But it does tell you something about our roots.

Way back in the day, we created a web-based genealogy tool for managing documents and sources ... and called it Famwise. Well, that product never really made it to prime-time. So here we were, with a bonafide company, a really decent technology platform, and no plans.

That all changed when we decided to switch from a "product-based" business to a "service-based" one. We now build web sites and web-based technology for a wide range of clients, including some we're not allowed to mention by name. We're lucky enough to stay swamped during these confusing economic times, but we're still willing to help out where we can. Especially small businesses. As one ourselves, we understand the need to stick together.
